Ableton live with Phon.o

berlin-based artist and producer Phon.o, famous for his tracks on monkeytown, Shitkatapult and boy- snoize rec., will demonstrate how he is using ableton to come up with his trademark sounds. His music, a complex mixture of techno, iDm, baltimore and Dubstep, requires both experience and some tricks you‘ll be able to witness. Watch, learn and try for yourself. Phon.o will emphasise on different ways of sample-layering, essential to produce proper drum sounds, using ableton‘s sampler and drum rack. Phon.o will also introduce you to the way he is using ableton to play DJ sets and how is he is prepa- ring his tracks to work well with miDi controllers.
